How our Process Works?

 

Hello!  We appreciate your interest in our process.  Our process is outlined below.

 

1. Each employee enrolled with one or more dependents visits our website.

 

2. Each employee is required to complete our survey.  The major steps include:

 

  • Log in using unique survey code

  • Complete employee registration process

  • Answer a few short survey questions

  • Confirm the eligibility of each dependent

  • Submit supporting documentation

  • Confirm survey choices

 

3. Our Dependent Verification team will then review the provided information.

 

4. Employees can call or email us to learn their status.

 

5. Employees with an "incomplete" or "fail" status will be notified.

 

6. Employees that do not respond will also be notified and given a final chance to provide their information.

 

7. Supporting documentation will be destroyed at the end of the project.
